Who are the Patient champions?
Patient Champions are volunteers who work with the Waterside PCN GP practices to support patients through community activities.
We promote healthy lifestyles by providing opportunities for individuals to enjoy activities aimed at improving their health and wellbeing. This includes walking groups, a coffee drop in session, a book club and support for patients to use health related IT, such as the NHS App
